Registrations cannot be shared. Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Conference Innovators. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including Friday 16 September 2016 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $150. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Symposium is cancelled, your registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Charges for cancellations of accommodation, particularly within one month of the Symposium, will be subject to the discretion of the hotel concerned and your credit card may be charged a cancellation fee levied by the hotel.

All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as displayed on this website. The conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the Symposium, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Symposium does not cover inpiduals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
