The programme is designed to be educational, interesting, challenging, and inclusive. It's put together by the conference programme committee and combines plenary and concurrent sessions focused on providing delegates with practical tools and take home information.
The conference is aimed at Practice Managers and Administrators of all types of practice including general, allied health, specialist, dental and multi disciplinary practices. Anyone looking to upskill and keep abreast of the latest trends and developments should attend. The conference is open to members and non-members of PMAANZ.
It is possible to register to attend for one day, or attend one of the pre-conference workshops or social functions only. 
The PMAANZ Conference will be held over three days, at the Westpac Stadium, 105 Waterloo Quay, Pipitea

Smart casual or business attire is appropriate.  Saturday evenings Best Practice Awards Dinner has a wearable arts theme so wear something WOW!  The Best Dressed will be awarded with two tickets to this year's WOW event in Wellington plus one night accommodation at the Park Hotel.  This is entirely optional, you are more than welcome to dress formally (cocktail dress for ladies | jacket for men)

The weather in Wellington at the time of the conference is Spring, during the day temperatures range between 8 to 15 degrees celsius. Packing a light jacket and sweater is advisable.

Vehicle access is off Waterloo Quay, at the traffic lights opposite the entrance to CentrePort. Parking is available on the top level (Outer Plaza) and is complimentary for conference attendees. Spaces are limited so please let us know if you think you will be needing a car park. See venue parking. From your car walk straight through the gates to the Function entry doors to access the venue. 

If you need of unload from your car see concourse parking for access to the Inner Plaza.

Bike parking
We are happy to offer free parking for motorbikes under the western pedestrian ramp. This area is covered and has steel framing which can be used to secure bicycles as well. Please note bikes are not to be parked or chained to the fences along the Fran Wilde Walkway or ramps on event day.
